Wandera are looking to hire a Technical Account Manager to join our growing team to help support and build a world class customer support organization. You will ideally have been part of a support organization in your previous roles where you will have demonstrated leadership and change and excelled at ensuring customers are given superb levels of service along with good technical skills ideally in the mobile device space. You will have excellent English and written grammar as you will be interacting with the business and our global customer base on a day-to-day basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS
• Proven ability in delivering global cloud-based services with a project management- oriented mindset and with excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to understand a customer’s technical requirements and advise on the appropriate delivery methodology for the Wandera Secure Mobile Gateway platform
• A strong technical background to diagnose customer problems and convey details back to the business through a deep technical understanding of our service.
• Superb communication/social skills to engage with both technical and non-technical contacts across all mediums but primarily email, telephone, chat and video conferencing.
• Attention to detail while managing multiple problems though to completion with high levels of customer satisfaction.
• An ability to produce metrics/reports/dashboards to prove how successful you and the team are.

• A degree or similar is desirable but 1-3 years’ experience in a technical account
management-based role is essential.
• Experience with mobile technology including mobile networks, devices and operating
systems is an advantage.
