Our team is passionate about problem-solving and finding the best ways to help our clients grow their business through the use of new technologies. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, an excellent communicator (both written and verbal), and possess exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between RevUp Dental and assigned clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of project objectives according to clients' requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and development, and to meet client expectations.
Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients regarding project progress and milestones.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients.
Minimum Skills and Competencies:

Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service.
Excellent presentation skills.
Creative problem solver and strategic thinking.
Ability to interact in a professional manner and deal with clients face-to-face (virtually).
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with impeccable organizational and time-management skills.
