About the Position:
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team. Responsibilities:
• Inside Sales managing a specific geographic territory under the direction of an experienced Director of Sales
• Utilize calls, emails, and social to create opportunities, schedule demos, and build pipeline
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Up-sell and cross-sell existing customers
• Acquire new customers for RingLead products and services
• Set up recurring monthly meetings with customers to ensure full-service customer support
• Create exciting sales material to present to customers
• Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Achieve and exceed metrics around: prospecting calls, social selling, demos completed, proposal meetings, pipeline, accurate forecasts
Qualifications:
• Experience in inside sales, SaaS, customer service, or other related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation and conversation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Software and SaaS knowledge preferred
• Desire to pursue a career in sales
