// Responsibilities
Surface and develop qualified sales opportunities
Work with inbound marketing to cultivate customer/prospect relationships
Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)
Act as an intermediary between marketing team, prospects, and sales
Answer inbound calls with lightweight sales-qualifying questions and answer basic questions about our products
Set client appointments with the appropriate account executives
Respond to voicemails and emails ASAP and follow up with the appropriate internal team member to make sure the call is properly addressed
// Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service/sales/marketing/high tech/software
HubSpot and/or Salesforce experience strongly desired
You’re a disciplined, tenacious self-starter and love a challenge
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good time management with strong organizational skills
Your friends describe you as independent and reliable
You take initiative and proactively seek out the resources needed to solve the problem at hand
Aggressively use resources available to resolve technical challenges especially when you don’t know the answer
Driven to take your career to the next level in sales or marketing
Ability to be succeed in a startup environment and be a team player
