About us:
DC Locker is an internationally established smart locker manufacturer. Our US branch office is the most recent addition to the 700-person company. With many US partners already in place, DC Locker is looking to expand its reach to become the #1 smart locker manufacturer in the US.
Smart lockers include: parcel lockers (think Amazon Lockers and Parcel Pending), asset lockers (inventory management), temporary storage lockers (think amusement parks), and click and collect retail lockers (think Whole Foods and Walmart).
Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for the set-up, operation, and showcasing of our lockers for co-workers and potential partners. IT Customer Support Representatives provide first-level technical support to clients regarding software and server problems or software Integration ; coordinate the repair, replacement, and server maintenance , networked devices and related information technologies; diagnose problems and researches solutions; and use diplomacy and interpersonal skills to extract pertinent information and assist callers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a software support for a computer based product
- Minimum of 1 years experience in technical services representative, etc.
- AA/AS degree preferably in a technical discipline,
- Knowledge of setup and installation of computers, server and networks,
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing
Preferred Requirements:
- Background in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology,
- Management experience,
- Smart locker industry experience.
