Operations Manager

First and foremost, we’re looking for a car enthusiast, interested in mainstream vehicles like the Mitsubishi Outlander, Kia Forte, and Nissan Leaf Plus. (You fit the bill If you’re a frequent watcher of Doug DeMuro videos on YouTube.) Also, if you love talking to other people about cars, going over which vehicles are the best fit for their needs, and are likely to tell someone considering a Subaru Forester to test drive a GMC Terrain or Jeep Compass just to get a better idea of the alternatives, you would definitely be an integral part of the Cartrast team.

The role:

The Operations Manager would be responsible for managing and driving operational growth. This involves all aspects of the business, from early customer engagement, product development, business development, customer success, fundraising, building corporate partnerships, negotiating contracts, working with insurance companies, managing user growth, controlling costs, generating marketing materials, helping develop internal databases, and much more.

At least 2 years of experience in operations, project/product/program management, working with CRMs and ERPs (like Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Hubspot, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, etc.), customer success/support, or finance/accounting roles is preferred. Automotive industry experience is definitely a plus.

Please keep in mind:

This role will be required to work weekends, with Tuesday and Wednesday being the days off. In addition, this is a hybrid role with the Operations Manager needing to come in 2 to 3 days a week. Applicants must live within 20 miles of a Cartrast location to be eligible for the position.
