The Role

We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead product marketing efforts to grow revenue for the Magnus brand. The role will be charged with developing effective marketing campaigns that will reach and engage the target audience and generate leads to fill the top of funnel.

This position operates in a fast-paced environment. You must be a self-starter and be able to develop new ideas and adapt to last-minute changes.

This role reports to the CMO, and is remote, but you will be expected to travel to iour Wakefield, MA office 3x a month.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop comprehensive marketing plans and integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness and interest in our product offerings.
Create and implement demand generation programs that generate consistent, high quality leads.
Proven success leveraging paid and organic search, and email marketing to build top of funnel demand.
Translate product features to customer benefits and messaging for key buying personas; create content plan and calendar to engage and build relationships with our target audience.
Work closely with product management, client services and sales to develop selling materials and content.
Measure program success regularly to ensure goals are being met

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
3+ years' product marketing experience
Proven track record of creating effective marketing programs and demonstrated success in developing and executing compelling lead gen programs
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Analytical, strong quantitative skills and experience building lead forecasts
Knowledge of email automation and customer relationship management systems (examples: HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
